What gear do you rent?
We offer a wide selection of baby and toddler travel essentials, including strollers, car seats, and carriers to keep your family comfortable on the road.
How do I book my gear?
You can book your gear through our online form or by contacting us directly. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your visit. We will get back to you within 24 hours and confirm your rental! Please note that there is a 3 night minimum required for gear rental.
Do you offer dog boarding?
Yes! We provide safe and cozy dog boarding services in Kelowna, our staff is also a dog trainer so your dog will bein good hands. If you are booking dog boarding, there is unfortunately no pet pick up and drop off service available at this time and you would need to drop your pet off at our home, near downtown Kelowna. A meet and greet is highly recommended to make sure your pet likes our home!
Is there a deposit required?
We require a small deposit for all rentals to cover any potential damage or loss. This is fully refundable once we have returned the gear in good condition.
What condition do I need to return the gear in ?
Every piece of gear is meticulously sanitized and safety-checked before rental. We kindly ask that items are returned in their original state. Please be aware that a cleaning or repair fee applies to any soiled or broken returns.

We are based in Kelowna, BC, making us a perfect choice for visiting families and dog owners looking for a warm, friendly service.
How does delivery work ? Do you Install car seats?
We could deliver the gear anywhere in Kelowna, right to your door! We could also pick up the gear once you are done with it so you don't have to worry about anything. Please note that we are unable to install car seats due to liability reasons but we will include the user manual with the car seat so you can install it based on manufacturer's recommendations.
